Our Warranty Commitment

RSW Auto Repair stands behind every repair with comprehensive warranty coverage. We offer multiple warranty options to give you peace of mind and protect your investment.

Standard 12-Month/12,000-Mile Warranty

Our standard warranty covers all repairs for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

What's Covered:

Defects in parts and labor-related failures

What's Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidents

How to Make a Claim:

Contact us immediately if you experience an issue. We'll inspect your vehicle and perform covered repairs at no charge.

Optional 2-Year Limited Warranty

Upgrade to extended coverage for added protection.

Coverage:

Parts: 2 years or 24,000 miles

Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles

What's Covered:

Defects in parts for 2 years; labor-related failures for 12 months

What's Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidents

TechNet Professional 36-Month/36,000-Mile Nationwide Warranty

Our premium warranty offers the longest coverage and nationwide support.

Coverage:

Materials: 36 months or 36,000 miles

Workmanship: 24 months or 24,000 miles

What's Covered:

Air conditioning and heating systems, brake systems, clutches, electrical systems, emission control systems, engine cooling, computer systems, engine performance, exhaust systems, fuel systems, ignition systems, starting and charging systems, steering and suspension, hybrid drive batteries, and more.

Nationwide Service:

Honored at participating facilities across the United States and Canada.

What's Not Covered:

Internal engine repairs, transmission internals, drive axle internals, auto body and paint, glass, tires, batteries (except hybrid), used or salvaged parts, preventive maintenance services, commercial vehicles over 1.5 tons.

Keep Your Receipt:

Always retain your service invoice as proof of warranty coverage.

Non-Transferable:

All warranties apply only to the original service recipient.

Claims Process:

If you believe your vehicle has a warranty-covered issue, contact us immediately at (862) 829-3131. We'll inspect your vehicle, determine coverage, and perform necessary repairs.

Out of Area?

For TechNet warranty service outside our area, call the administrator at 1-866-588-0728 to locate a participating facility.
