Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience (required)
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Volvo, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex European automotive issues efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members on repair status and recommendations
- Stay current on European vehicle technologies, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques
- Follow all RSW safety procedures, QC standards, and shop guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
