Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience
• Extensive experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles (European experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostics, electrical systems, and modern vehicle technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive, problem-solving mindset with commitment to quality workmanship

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues efficiently and accurately
• Clearly communicate with service advisors and team members on repair status and recommendations
• Stay current on the latest repair techniques, diagnostic tools, and automotive technologies
• Follow all RSW safety procedures, QC standards, and shop guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
