- Ensure all RSW processes, QC steps, and customer experience standards are consistently followed
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, professional shop environment that reflects the RSW brand
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism, clarity, and problem-solving
- Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to daily/weekly targets
