  • Ensure all RSW processes, QC steps, and customer experience standards are consistently followed
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, parts coordination, and daily production goals
  • Maintain a clean, professional shop environment that reflects the RSW brand
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism, clarity, and problem-solving
  • Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to daily/weekly targets
